This article walks you through starting a Biohealing Stream session from your personal access link, from opening the email to the automatic end of the session.

How do I start a Biohealing Stream session step by step?
Before you begin, choose your protocol, allow about 30 uninterrupted minutes and check that your internet connection is stable. Then:
Open the Biohealing Stream access email you received after purchase.
Select the button in the email to open the Biohealing Stream page.
Wait for the live stream to load. Loading usually takes up to about 20 seconds, depending on your internet speed.
If you see a play symbol in the video window after loading, select it. If your browser allows automatic video playback, the Biohealing Stream video starts on its own.
When the stream begins, select the button for the protocol you chose. To use the stream without audio, do not select a protocol, or turn your device volume off.
Adjust your volume and settle into a comfortable position.
Looking at the screen is recommended, especially during the first few minutes. After that, follow the guidance in your protocol audio.
After about 30 minutes, the Biohealing Stream session ends automatically. You do not need to do anything to stop it.
Important: Starting the stream counts as 1 session, even if you leave early. Do not refresh the page, switch browser tabs or close the browser while a Biohealing Stream session is active.
Can I fall asleep during a Biohealing Stream session?
Yes. You can doze off or fall asleep during a Biohealing Stream session. The Biohealing Stream session ends automatically about 30 minutes after it starts.
Can I use Biohealing Stream without audio?
Yes. You can use Biohealing Stream without any audio. The audio setting is separate from your protocol choice.
Note: The option called No Protocol is not silent. No Protocol plays instrumental music without spoken guidance. For a fully silent Biohealing Stream session, mute your device or do not play any audio track.
What should I do if the Biohealing Stream session does not start?
If the Biohealing Stream page does not load, stays black, or the start option does not respond, do not keep restarting the page. Follow the steps in "What should I do if Biohealing Stream is not working?" before your next session.
