How many Biohealing Stream sessions do I get per day?
A Biohealing Stream subscription includes up to 2 sessions per day, from your very first day. Each Biohealing Stream session lasts up to 30 minutes. This equals up to 1 hour of Biohealing Stream per day, or about 30 hours per month.
Do unused Biohealing Stream sessions roll over to the next day?
No. Unused Biohealing Stream sessions do not roll over. Any session you do not use before the daily reset expires.
When do my Biohealing Stream sessions reset?
Your 2 daily Biohealing Stream sessions reset at midnight (12:00 a.m.) in the time zone that was recorded when you first bought Biohealing Stream.
Important: The time zone recorded at your first purchase stays the same even if you were traveling when you bought your plan. For example, if your first Biohealing Stream purchase recorded Sydney, Australia time, your sessions reset at midnight Sydney time, even when you are in another country.
How do I change the time zone for my Biohealing Stream session reset?
Your Biohealing Stream time zone does not update automatically. Time zone changes are made by a human support specialist; the AI assistant cannot change it. To request a time zone change, ask the AI assistant to pass your request to a support specialist, or email [email protected]. Include your full name, your registration email (the email address you used at purchase), your phone number and the time zone you want.

Yes. You can use your 2 daily Biohealing Stream sessions at any time before the daily reset, including one right after the other. There is no required waiting time between sessions. Prepare fully before starting each session.

Yes. You choose your Biohealing Stream protocols and can change them at any time. You can use a different protocol for each session, for example one protocol in the morning and another in the evening.
