Who this article is for: all Biohealing Stream customers, on any plan, especially before a first session.
What should I do before starting a Biohealing Stream session?
Before starting a Biohealing Stream session:
Choose your protocol in advance.
Allow about 30 minutes of uninterrupted time.
Check that your internet connection is stable. The recommended minimum speed is 15 Mbps.
Close other apps and pause downloads, software updates, video calls and other streaming.
Silence notifications, or turn on Focus or Do Not Disturb mode on your device.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position you can keep for about 30 minutes.
Optional: put on headphones and have a glass of water nearby.
Important: Once the Biohealing Stream session starts, keep your attention on the session. Do not switch browser tabs, refresh the page or open other apps until the session ends.
Which Biohealing Stream preparation steps are required and which are optional?
Required for a working Biohealing Stream session:
A stable internet connection (recommended minimum 15 Mbps).
Leaving the Biohealing Stream page open, without refreshing it or switching tabs, until the session ends.
Recommended but optional:
Headphones. Wired headphones are suggested in the Biohealing Stream Guide, but device speakers work too.
Drinking water before and after the session.
A specific body position.
Looking at the screen for the whole session. Looking at the screen for the first few minutes is recommended.
These preparation steps are recommendations for your experience, not medical requirements.
Do I need headphones for Biohealing Stream?
No. Headphones are optional for Biohealing Stream. Headphones can help you focus on the guided audio, but you can also listen through your phone, tablet or computer speakers.
What body position is recommended during a Biohealing Stream session?
Choose a comfortable Biohealing Stream position that you can hold for about 30 minutes and that lets you see the screen for the first few minutes. The Biohealing Stream Guide, a PDF guide from ELUUMIS about preparation and each protocol, describes 5 positions. You can open the Biohealing Stream Guide here: https://biohealing.stream/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Biohealingstream_guide.pdf
The 5 positions are:
Sitting on a chair: back straight, feet flat so your legs form a 90-degree angle, hands on your knees, legs uncrossed. Add a pillow behind your back if needed.
Reclining: pillows under your back, arms resting along your body, legs uncrossed.
Lying down: lie straight with a pillow under your head if you like, arms along your body, legs uncrossed.
Squatting: sit on a blanket or pillow placed under your feet, lean against a wall or sofa if needed, hands on your knees.
Comfortable pose or lotus pose: sit on your hip bones with your legs bent in front of you, add a blanket or pillow for comfort, and lean against a wall or sofa if needed.
Tip: These positions are recommendations. You can use Biohealing Stream in any comfortable position.
Why should I avoid distractions during a Biohealing Stream session?
Biohealing Stream recommends uninterrupted attention during a session because the guided protocols ask you to focus on specific areas and intentions. The more fully you concentrate on your protocol, the more immersed you can become in the Biohealing Stream experience.
Do not switch browser tabs, refresh the page or use other apps while a Biohealing Stream session is active.
