What happens if my Biohealing Stream session was interrupted or shows as already completed?

What to do when a session stops early, is counted incorrectly, or your second session is unavailable.

This article explains what to do when a Biohealing Stream session is interrupted, when Biohealing Stream says your session is already completed, or when your second daily session is unavailable, and how a replacement session request is reviewed.

Who this article is for: Biohealing Stream customers on any plan whose session stopped early or was counted when they did not expect it.

Why does Biohealing Stream say my session is already completed?

Biohealing Stream may show a session as completed when:

  • The session was already started earlier, including by accident. One start counts as 1 session.

  • You already used both daily sessions before the midnight reset in your registered time zone.

  • A technical problem interrupted the session.

First, check whether your 2 daily Biohealing Stream sessions have already been used since the last midnight reset in the time zone recorded at your first purchase. Then complete the steps in "What should I do if Biohealing Stream is not working?" before your next session.

Why is my second daily Biohealing Stream session unavailable?

Your second Biohealing Stream session can be unavailable if both daily sessions were already counted since the last reset, or if a technical problem affected the session count. Complete the Biohealing Stream troubleshooting checks before your next session. If the session count still looks wrong, send your details to a support specialist so they can review your session records.

Can I get a replacement for an interrupted Biohealing Stream session?

A replacement Biohealing Stream session is not automatic or guaranteed. A support specialist reviews each request by checking what happened, your device and connection details, and the available session records.

To request a review:

  1. Complete all checks in "What should I do if Biohealing Stream is not working?".

  2. Ask the AI assistant to pass your case to a support specialist, or email [email protected].

  3. Include your full name, the email address you used at purchase, your phone number, your device and browser, the date and time of the session with your time zone, what happened, whether the audio kept playing, your connection type, and screenshots or speed-test results if you have them.

What happens next: a support specialist reviews your case and contacts you with the outcome.

Note: The AI assistant cannot check session records, decide whether a problem was on your side or on the Biohealing Stream side, or grant a replacement session.
